Project Description: Competition for refurbishment and regeneration of a sensitive public site adjacent to the River Doro, in the (world heritage listed) centre of Oporto. The project covered 3.5 km of historic river front and old town. Bruce's submission was ranked 8th in an International competition and was the top submission from the UK.

The project was prepared with technical and project management design imput by Peter Deere of Deere Hart Ltd.
